Cintas designs, manufactures and implements corporate identity uniform programs and provides entrance mats, restroom supplies, promotional products, first aid and safety products, fire protection services and document management services to approximately 800,000 businesses.

We have a challenge in identifying an effective leader who is familiar with modern methods of B2B communication to our existing customer base with new product and service offerings.

We now have a vast array of interactive options, e.g. Google Direct, Search Headlines and networking social media like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, etc. This issue is compounded by market focused segments. This person should have experience at defining segment needs, working with product development and strategy teams to craft value propositions, and executing marketing campaigns to drive faster rates of adoption.

The VP will have 10 years of rapid progression in Marketing Communication working in Corporate and/or an Agency and functioned in an executive capacity; well defined record of implementing vast array of interactive options and pull through programs; and adept in creating and implementing strategy and building a brand.
