Job Description

CQ-Roll Call Group is hiring a deputy editor responsible for profiles of members of Congress and the associated database, as well as for "Politics in America." The deputy editor will work with the managing editor to assign, edit and update profiles of every member of Congress and their districts throughout the congressional cycle The deputy editor will write profiles when necessary, as well as edit reporters with varying levels of experience. Successful job candidates will have extensive knowledge of the congressional membership, experience with long-form, features editing and superior organizational skills.
